1. Avoid blockage of one-way valves and vent valves
If the one-way valves and vent valves are blocked, the temperature inside the box shell will rise, the oil and gas will fill the entire space, the pressure inside the box shell will rise, and the movement resistance of the piston will increase, which will increase the oil consumption. At the same time, due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box shell, the seal is weak and oil leakage will often occur.
2. Ensure the sealing of various oil pipe joints
The connecting nuts used in engineering machinery are often disassembled and assembled, and are prone to loosening due to thread slippage and broken buckles. For example, the accuracy of the bell mouths of the two joints is poor, the center lines of the two cones do not overlap, or the tapers are different, which will cause oil leakage. The cone seal can be repaired by grinding to make the nut tight and reliably sealed.
3. Correctly install the gasket
The gasket between the air compressor accessories plays the role of leak-proof sealing. If the material, production quality and installation do not meet the technical specifications, it may cause oil leakage.
4. Tighten the nut correctly.
Too loose will cause leakage due to insufficient compression of the lining, while too tight will cause metal bulges around the screw hole or cause oil leakage due to slipping of the thread.
5. Replace failed oil seals in time.
Many parts of the oil seals on the air compressor will cause oil spillage due to improper installation, resulting in misalignment between the shaft neck and the oil seal edge. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to rubber aging after being used for too long.
6. Replace worn parts in time.
Air compressor accessories will wear out too much after use, causing high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber to enter the crankcase, forcing the oil to leak out.
